Financial Controller

Wanted: Financial Controller for an innovative AdTech company in the Central District. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will take full ownership of the financial operations within a fast-scaling, AI-driven advertising monetization platform. This high-impact role directly steers fiscal strategy, cash flow management, and commercial performance across global mobile, web, and CTV channels. By driving profitability analysis, financial modeling, and operational scalability, the Controller will play a vital role in supporting the company's international expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead day-to-day global financial operations, including invoicing, vendor disbursements, payment reconciliations, and proactive credit and collections management.

● Direct the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and comprehensive executive financial reporting.

● Oversee cash flow forecasting, multi-channel budgeting, and variance analysis to track company-wide revenue, expenses, and profitability.

● Interface seamlessly with external accounting firms, tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions to ensure full regulatory compliance and seamless audits.

Job Requirements:

●3+ years of proven experience as a Financial Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Financial Analyst, preferably within a tech, AdTech, or high-growth SaaS company.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA certification is a significant advantage.

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with strong analytical acumen in margin tracking and business performance metrics.

● Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute processes with exceptional organization and attention to detail.

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial insights clearly across multidisciplinary teams.
