Financial Controller

All In One Fire Inc.

1. Accounts Payable (AP)

• Manage vendor bills, credit cards, ACH payments, checks, and outgoing expenses.
• Verify invoices and properly record transactions in QBO.
• Monitor payment deadlines and prepare payments for approval.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Monitor customer invoices, incoming payments, and overdue balances.
• Oversee collections and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Ensure all payments are accurately recorded in QBO.

3. Banking & Reconciliation

• Monitor company bank accounts, credit cards, and financial transactions.
• Reconcile accounts in QBO and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing funds are properly accounted for.

4. Payroll & ADP

• Process employee payroll through ADP on schedule.
• Verify hours, overtime, PTO, commissions, and payroll adjustments.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and reconcile payroll expenses in QBO.

5. Cash Flow & Financial Reporting

• Monitor cash balances, upcoming expenses, and expected payments.
• Provide weekly AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow reports to management.
• Track company expenses and overall financial performance.

6. Financial Oversight

• Maintain accurate financial records and enforce payment approval procedures.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and the CPA on financial matters.
• Escalate financial discrepancies, overdue accounts, and cash flow concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
