Location: Langen (near Frankfurt am Main)

What You Will Be Doing

• Drives Month-End Closing, Forecasting, and Business Planning as part of a cross-functional team
• Consolidates financial data (P&L/BS/CF), ideally under HGB/IFRS
• Ability to translate complex financial matters into clear, audience-appropriate communication for management/leadership
• Analyzes, interprets, and comments on current business performance and key drivers
• Contributes to the planning and forecasting process, including critical assessment of underlying planning assumptions
• Prepares management presentations, including reporting to Japanese Headquarter
• Contributes to process improvements and automation initiatives
• Holds partial project ownership (e.g. implementation of new reporting schemas)

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration/Economics (Bachelor/Master), with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting
• Experience and Know-How: At least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial environment, preferably in a globally operating company
• Personality and working style: Strong team player with excellent analytical skills, paired with a structured and results-oriented working style. Confident communicator across all hierarchy levels, with the assertiveness and proactive drive needed to see objectives through. This combination is essential for thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Qualifications: Experienced handling of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) as well as SAP FI/CO
• Languages: Very good English skills
