Financial Controller Manager

Position : Financial Controller Manager

Job Propose :

Ensure, organize, control the budget and financial planning according to global group’s policies and procedures within the framework of the agreed strategy as well as control and timely support global group, other functions and management team for all the financial reports as requested in order to support management’s decision by compliance with global group’s policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with other departments in drafting and consolidating the Thailand’s strategic plan and evaluate initiatives of development and provide pro and con for investment in order to support decision making in long term plan.
• Manage, collaborate in budget process within organization to ensure the process follow and comply with organization and global group’s policies.
• Provide and submit reports on operational results, analysis reports as well as support the management in accessing and define the creative and innovative way to solve the issues as well as define corrective actions if any for management’s decision.
• Ensure the systematic monitoring of industrial investments while verifying that the analysis, authorization and control procedures adopted are correctly implemented according to group’s policies.
• Support global group and other functions on information as requested with timely and accuracy.
• Supervise, evaluate, and develop subordinate’s performance to carry work with efficiently and comply with company rules & regulations and group’s policy.
• Support and implement projects or assignments according to management’s requisitions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of business operations, manufacturing processes, cost structures, and cost flow.
• Strong knowledge and experience in budgeting, financial planning, management reporting, financial analysis, and investment analysis.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and regional/group stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook, SAP, and other relevant financial systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Positive attitude, strong ownership, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, develop, and motivate team members.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
