Financial Controller

Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall Finance & Accounting operations, including month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and management reporting.
• Manage manufacturing costing, inventory, production variance and cost control.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, tax and statutory compliance.
• Provide financial insights and business partnering to management.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, costing and FP&A.
• Experience in food/FMCG or export-oriented manufacturing is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Thai accounting and tax.
• Strong English communication and ERP experience.
• CPA is an advantage.
