Financial Controller Senior Staff

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly management reports.

• Perform variance analysis between Actual, Budget and Forecast figures.

• Monitor and analyze key financial KPIs, Gross Margin, OPEX and EBITDA.

• Support profitability analysis by factory, business unit, or location.

• Assist in preparing management presentations and performance reviews.

• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

• Consolidate and validate financial data from various departments.

• Monitor budget utilization and identify significant variances.

• Assist in developing financial projections and scenario analyses.

• Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Analyze cost structures and support cost allocation reviews.

• Ensure accurate cost reporting and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

• Provide Financial Analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Control, Analyst, Audit, Accounting in a Palm Oil Plantation is preferred.

3. Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau is a plus.

4. Experience working in a Public Accounting firm as an Auditor is a plus.

5. Willing to travel on business to plantations in Kalimantan.
