You’ll have a hands-on role supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, project billing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end activities.
You’ll also serve as an important point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors by helping ensure financial questions are answered promptly and records are maintained accurately.

- Generate and send client invoices, coordinate internal billing approvals, and assist with project-specific billing.
Reconciliations and Recordkeeping
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate, timely filing of bank statements, A/P and A/R records, and client financial paperwork.
- Assist with reconciliation and reporting for expenses, payroll, and financial charts.
Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Support
- Support monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reviews and reporting.

- 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or a business office finance role.
- Experience with project-based billing (engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services) is a plus.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, and account reconciliation practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software, online banking platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and financial records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet recurring deadlines.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with employees, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
