Seeking a Healthcare Financial Coordinator with hospital or clinical healthcare experience to support insurance verification, authorization processing, and financial clearance for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance benefits and coverage.
• Obtain and process insurance authorizations.
• Review and analyze insurance information and resolve coverage issues.
• Counsel patients and staff regarding insurance coverage and financial requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data in healthcare systems.
• Work closely with clinical and multidisciplinary teams to support patient financial clearance.

Qualifications:

• Hospital or clinical healthcare experience is required.
• Experience with medical insurance verification and authorization .
• Strong computer, data entry, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Transplant financial experience is preferred; liver transplant experience highly preferred but not required.
• Bilingual fluency strongly preferred.
