Financial Customer Support

We are seeking a Risk & Fraud Specialist to support payment-processing merchants by handling fraud, financial risk, and account-related inquiries.

We are looking for someone who can effectively balance customer empathy, fraud prevention, and risk management while handling complex merchant situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 20+ inbound calls daily and resolve complex merchant issues.
• Review accounts, transactions, and financial data to identify fraud and risk patterns.
• Manage held funds, outstanding balances, and chargeback-related cases.
• Provide empathetic customer service and effectively de-escalate difficult situations.
• Follow SOPs, risk policies, and compliance guidelines while maintaining accurate case documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in risk, fraud, financial services, or a related call-center environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet SLAs/performance targets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace/G-Suite.
