We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Financial Data Entry Professional to support daily financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of data entry experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven history of accuracy and professionalism. Experience in financial services, bookkeeping, or financial data management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate financial records and digital data.
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies.
Organize electronic documents, spreadsheets, and financial records.
Handle confidential financial information with discretion.
Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of professional data entry experience required.
Financial industry or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with spreadsheets.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must pass a background check.
Must provide professional references demonstrating a strong work history.
Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Compensation: $15 per hour, with the potential for increased hours and full-time employment based on business needs and performance.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
