Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential targets to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop comprehensive valuations using DCF models to inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for acquired businesses or joint ventures.
- Provide expert advice on mergers and acquisitions strategy, including deal structuring, negotiation, and post-closing integration.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in M&A advisory services within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of financial due diligence (FDD) processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in creating complex DCF models for valuation purposes.
- Experience working with private equity firms or investment banks.
