Duties

Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and current situation

Teach core financial concepts: budgeting, protecting income, saving, and long-term planning solutions in clear, everyday language

Help clients build a personalized financial plan based on what they've learned together

Maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up, ongoing support, and continued education

Participate in structured training, coaching, and professional development to build your expertise over time

Manage your own schedule and daily activity level

Skills

A genuine interest in teaching and helping people understand their finances, not just closing deals

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Coachable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

Comfortable in a relationship-based, consultative role rather than high-pressure sales

Looking to build a long-term career, not a short-term or resume-building position

Background in teaching, coaching, customer service, or consultative sales is a plus, but not required, training is provided
