Financial Manager

• Core Accounting Work: Fully responsible for the complete set of accounting processing for regional entities (covering offshore trading, customer services and holding & others), including but not limited to verification of original vouchers, preparation of accounting vouchers, posting to ERP, & full cycle of month-end closing activities. Ensure timely and accurate accounting processing in compliance according to relevant Accounting Standards, internal guidelines and regulations.
• SAP System Operation: Proficiency in using SAP system to complete accounting entries, maintain proper record-keeping to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the system and promptly resolve financial-related issues arising from system operations.
• Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis: Timely complete the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for each Hong Kong company, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.; assist in sorting out and analyzing financial data to provide true and reliable financial decision-making basis for management.
• Data Management and Coordination: Properly keep various financial files such as financial vouchers, statements and contracts, and establish and improve the file management system; maintain efficient communication with relevant business departments of Hong Kong companies, audit institutions and external partners, and cooperate with the completion of annual audits and special audits.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration and Communication: Use English as the working language to smoothly meet internal and external financial communication needs in English (Hong Kong/Dutch headquarters), including document transmission, data verification, problem feedback, etc.; assist the finance team in completing other relevant financial support work.

Job Requirements Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing or related majors.
• At least 3 years of experience as a general ledger accountant, with experience in accounting processing of foreign-funded enterprises.
• Experience in the accounting module of SAP system.
• Good communication skills including English as language at work for both writing & speaking Highly desired
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for multiple companies, able to independently complete the preparation and adjustment of consolidated financial statements.
• Past experience dealing with cross-border transactions and overseas reporting
• Qualified or partial qualified CPA
• Good data analysis ability, able to use tools such as Excel for complex financial data processing and analysis.
• Positive attitude at work with great attention to details. A good team player with high level of ownership & team spirit
