Financial Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Own day-to-day financial operations: bookkeeping, accounting entries, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management, and petty cash control.

2. Prepare and file tax returns and statutory financial reports in compliance with local regulations; coordinate internal and external audits.

3. Process employee salary calculations, social insurance contributions, expense reimbursements, and related payroll administration.

4. Manage company cash flow: monitor cash positions, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement); provide management with accurate financial reporting and business performance analysis.

6. Drive business-finance integration; optimize ERP/financial systems to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

7. Oversee cost management, internal controls, and government subsidy applications; ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.

8. Support fundraising activities including due diligence coordination and financial data preparation; assist management in financial decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA (accounting/tax) or intermediate professional title preferred.

2. 3+ years of first-hand practical experience in financial bookkeeping, auditing, financial statement preparation, cash flow management, and daily financial operations; experience at a startup or high-growth company is preferred.

3. Proficient in accounting software and mainstream financial systems (SAP/ERP/QuickBooks or equivalent); strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

4. Solid knowledge of local tax regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.

5. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and reliable; able to manage multiple deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.

6. Experience in hard tech or manufacturing industries is preferred; good English proficiency is a plus.
