Financial Manager – Construction Industry

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to lead our financial operations and support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the company's financial and accounting operations.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reports.

Monitor project costing, WIP, project profitability, expenses, and cost variances.

Review and monitor project invoices, client collections, subcontractor payments, and cash flow.

Provide management with financial analysis and practical recommendations.

Ensure effective financial controls and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.

Improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as a Financial Manager in the construction/contracting industry.

Strong knowledge of project accounting, costing, WIP, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Strong Excel and accounting systems skills.

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
