Financial Manager（Malaysia）

Recruitment Background

The Malaysia company has been registered, with office in KL and factory in Klang. The Klang plant is under construction and expected to start production in October. Equipment suppliers have been selected, and the factory lease contract is being signed.

The plant will be a fully automated line with a capacity of 17 million tons, staffed by around 10 people (including 2 front-line workers, and 3 Chinese colleagues in logistics, cashier, and branding).We are now looking for a Plant Manager and a Finance Manager to lead the pre-construction and start-up phase.

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily accounting, month-end closing, and prepare financial statements in compliance with MFRS and group standards.
2. Manage SST, corporate income tax, personal tax, and other local tax filings to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
3. Perform manufacturing cost accounting, expense control, and fund tracking; provide regular financial analysis.
4. Liaise with group finance, local banks, tax authorities, and auditors; complete annual audits and reports.
5. Standardize overseas financial processes, control funds, bills, and assets to maintain compliance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification preferred.
2. 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience; chemical/fertilizer plant experience preferred.
3. Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, tax policies, and compliance procedures.
4. Fluent in Chinese (for HQ communication) and basic business English for local matters.
5. Willing to relocate long-term to Klang, Malaysia; detail-oriented, principled, and stable.
