Duties

• Analyze financial statements and interpret complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Utilize spreadsheets and financial software to prepare detailed reports for internal teams and clients
• Support real estate financial market analysis by conducting research and quantitative assessments of property valuations
• Collaborate with team members on asset management strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and market conditions
• Assist in the construction of financial models that incorporate market variables, investment scenarios, and risk assessments
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through clear presentations and detailed documentation
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, reports, and analyses using accounting software and financial reporting tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
• Proven experience in financial model development, quantitative analysis, and financial statement interpretation
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting software, and financial analysis tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, or similar platforms
• In-depth knowledge of financial concepts including investment management, portfolio management, asset management, and real estate analysis
• Familiarity with real estate financial markets and experience in real estate or investment banking is highly desirable
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial planning principles is essential
