Financial Operations Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Financial Operations Analyst in Dallas, TX .

Pay Rate Range: $25–$27/hour

Responsibilities:

• Complete the loan order services process, including requesting, reviewing, and verifying documents such as title and insurance.
• Clear loan processing conditions within the loan operating system, including insurance, collateral, disclosure, and title items.
• Review title and insurance documents to ensure they meet applicable guidelines.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external business partners regarding documentation, expectations, and timelines for lender-side conditions, including title, appraisal, and homeowners insurance.
• Monitor personal loan pipelines and partner with Mortgage Specialists and other internal teams to ensure loan cycle times meet client expectations.
• Monitor loan progress through closing and ensure required documents remain current and do not expire.
• Independently identify and resolve issues while proactively managing priorities and maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential mortgage loan processing experience required.
• Proven track record of quality loan production while managing a large client base.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan effectively while meeting loan closing deadlines.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet individual and organizational goals in a production-driven environment.
• Work Schedule: Hybrid.
• Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews.
