Financial Operations Analyst

Work Duration: 1 Year Contract - Renewable, (Based on your Work Performance)

Working Hours/Arrangement: Wednesday - Sunday (Work Week)

Job Summary:

The Role:
Financial Operations team aims to deliver operation excellence of client transaction lifecycle and manage liquidity to support company business growth across the globe. As a Financial Ops Analyst, you will have extensive interaction with the Greater China business stakeholders and closely partner with other Operations function globally.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Perform transaction and settlement reconciliation, investigate and clean up breaks, to ensure transactions processed and settled within standard timeline.
完成交易对账，调查不平账目原因以及跟踪失败交易，以保证交易正常处理和结算。

2.Monitor end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, handle enquiries, detect exceptions from data reports and dashboard in a timely manner, assist to communicate with team and other departments of Finance, Customer Service, and Products to handle issues.
监控客户交易全流程，通过系统报表和数据看板及时发现异常交易，协助团队与财务、客服、产品等其他部门沟通处理差错失败和异常情况。

3.Assist to build international institutional and merchant service systems to solve problems encountered by customers in their daily business operations.
协助搭建全球机构和商户服务体系，解决商户在日常业务运营中遇到的问题。

4.Assist to maintain team knowledge base, refine the standard operating procedures. Can seek process inefficiencies and implements scalable and elegant solutions to improve the process automation.
协助维护团队知识库、更新标准操作流程。能够发现流程中的低效环节，以推系统自动化和运营优化。

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than three years experience in operation team or customer services. Payment industry, banking, foreign exchange, and other related fields background is preferred;
   本科以上学历，三年以上运营团队或客户服务工作经验。有支付行业、银行、外汇等相关领域背景者优先

2.Ability to rapidly understand new products, goal/results oriented and stress resistant;
能够快速理解新产品，以目标/结果为导向，抗压能力强

3.Strong communication skills and customer service consciousness are required;
要求有较强的沟通能力和客户服务意识

4.Attention to details is a must;
工作细致认真严谨

5.Good reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese, able to adapt to a working environment in both languages;
良好的中英文读写能力，能够适应两种语言的工作环境

6.Experience with MS Office; technical skillset of VBA, SQL, and visualization tools of Tableau, Looker, Data Studio is a plus;
能够熟练使用MS Office套件；掌握VBA、SQL和Tableau、Looker、Data Studio等可视化工具为加分项

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
