Financial Operations Manager

This person will own budget control, internal expense audit, and travel operations, while managing a small team of two.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain internal controls across AP, corporate cards (BREX), and travel to prevent fraud, waste, and unauthorized spend

• Hands-on review and approval of invoices against budgets, including forensic spot-audits of high-risk spend

• Track and verify recoupable artist expenses

• Oversee travel operations and BREX reconciliation

What they're looking for:

• 5–8+ years in finance operations, internal audit, or budget control, with 2+ years of people management

• Strong background in internal controls, forensic accounting, and expense auditing

• Expert Excel; hands-on BREX admin experience

• CFE or CIA a strong plus
