What they need

- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, internal controls, audit, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with financial data, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, risk management, and internal control concepts.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial matters clearly to both finance and non-finance teams.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling financial and business information.
