Financial Planner

About the role

You will help clients plan for protection, critical illness, medical coverage, and long-term savings/retirement needs through AIA Hong Kong products. Full training and ongoing support are provided, whether you are new to the industry or already licensed.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and understand clients' financial and protection needs
• Recommend suitable AIA products (critical illness, medical, life, and savings plans)
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
• Provide after-sales service and regular policy reviews
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve personal and team sales targets
• Participate in product training and team meetings

About you

• Hong Kong permanent resident or valid work visa
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with client-facing work
• Basic understanding of financial planning or willingness to learn
• Valid IA (Insurance Authority) license is an advantage; full support will be given for licensing if you do not currently hold one
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred but not essential
