Financial Planning Analyst

This is a key role where you'll work directly with leadership and help build the financial system behind a rapidly growing international company.

Your mission is to turn numbers into insights that help leadership understand the business, make better decisions, and build a company ready to scale globally.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and work on-site. Our team is international, and English is our first office language.

What you'll do:

- prepare financial analyses, reports, and KPI reviews for leadership,

• support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning,

• track revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow,

• analyze profitability across markets, products, and sales channels,

• build and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting systems,

• help automate financial processes and workflows,

• support strategic projects and business decisions with data-driven insights,

• work with accounting during monthly close and financial reporting,

• analyze data from Stripe, marketing channels, and other business systems,

• deliver ad-hoc analyses for leadership when needed.

What we're looking for:

- bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field,

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, controlling, business analytics, or a similar role,

• strong Excel or Google Sheets skills,

• excellent analytical and structured thinking,

• high ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail,

• strong English communication skills,

• a desire to learn quickly and grow in a fast-paced startup environment,

• an AI-first approach to work.

Bonus points if you have

- experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or other digital business models,

• experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau,

• understanding of accounting and financial statements,

• experience with ERP systems or advanced financial reporting,

• familiarity with Stripe or similar payment platforms,

• you're based in Ljubljana or nearby.
