The Opportunity:

Axia Search is partnering with one of Cyprus's largest international group of companies seeking to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join its finance function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis and management reporting within a dynamic, international organisation.

Working closely with senior finance stakeholders and operational teams, the successful candidate will provide meaningful financial insights, support strategic decision making and contribute to the organisation's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and performance dashboards.
• Analyse actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and business drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, operating costs and key financial and operational KPIs.
• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved performance and cost optimisation.
• Support scenario planning, investment appraisals and business case evaluations.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial performance reviews.
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of financial reporting and planning processes.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management accounting or a similar finance-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling.
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting platforms or Power BI would be advantageous.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• ACCA, ACA, CIMA or another relevant professional qualification
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, commercially focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
