Financial Planning Analyst

About the Opportunity

A growing organization in the Houston area is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and operational decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance professional who combines strong accounting fundamentals with financial planning expertise and wants meaningful exposure to business leadership.

In this highly visible role, you will help develop financial models, evaluate business performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while helping build and improve financial planning processes as the organization grows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or corporate finance.
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex financial modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain three-statement financial models.
