Currently we are hiring for FP&A Analyst | L7 | for Hyderabad location.

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
• Financial modelling and business analysis
• MIS, dashboards & management reporting
• KPI, profitability and cost analysis
• Support strategic planning and decision-making
• Work closely with business leaders and department heads

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience with ERP/BI tools; Power BI/Tableau preferred
• Experience in IT/ITES, SaaS, technology or startup organizations
• Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Economics; MBA Finance/CA preferred
