SUMMARY

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is responsible for overseeing MFE & BBE financial planning, yearly budget an rolling forecast, financial report and variance analysis, monitoring the target performance together with operation team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Work out the yearly budget & rolling forecast and follow up.
• Complete and send financial reports to the headquarters and MFE management team timely.
• Analyze key target performances & variances and find the root causes for improvement.
• Evaluate the financials of key project for the management team decision.
• Participate with business team for better collaboration.
• Other assignments by the Plant Controller.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of FP&A experience.
• Experience in electronic or plastics manufacturing area is preferred.
• CPA or ACCA are preferred.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Accounting and related majors.
• Skilled at communication of cross-department.
• Reading & writing English, speaking English is preferred.

COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Familiar with U9 or other ERP system.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
