Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis (actual vs. prior year) for various projects.
• Update and consolidate project financials, including budget monitoring and cash flow movements.
• Validate financial data and coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
• Prepare comparative reports on utilities, manpower, and property management contracts.
• Support management in financial analysis, project financial studies, and decision-making.
• Assist in reviewing financial reports and ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, budget monitoring, or related functions.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
