Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate | Remote

AffinityX is looking for an Associate for Financial Planning and Analysis who will support financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with financial data and can translate numbers into meaningful insights and recommendations for the business.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and maintain financial and management reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers behind financial results
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights and recommendations
• Assist in month-end reporting and other finance-related activities
• Work closely with different stakeholders and support business requirements
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, Statistics, or other related courses
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, or a similar finance role
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel in preparing and analyzing reports
• Experience using an ERP or accounting system
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
• Good communication skills and comfortable working with different stakeholders
• Experience in General Accounting with strong reporting and analysis exposure may also be considered

Work Details:

Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
