• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

• Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.

• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.

• Ability to manage and optimize real estate portfolio performance using SAP RE-FX.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address financial and operational challenges.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

• This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.

• A 15 years full time education is required.
