Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for preparing and consolidating financial and management reports for all Supermarket Banners, including full financial reporting packs, monthly ManCom presentations, banner Profit and Loss (P&L) reports, and other corporate reporting requirements. The role will also provide financial planning and business partnering support to Corporate Departments, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial reports, including P&L, full financial packs, and ManCom presentations.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to support management decisions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Partner with Corporate Departments, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain on financial analysis and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in merchandising finance, supply chain, or cost accounting
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, P&L management, and variance analysis.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or F&B industry
