Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are looking for a commercially minded Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to act as a trusted business advisor and change agent across our diversified group of companies.

Beyond financial planning and analysis, you will partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, improve business performance, and support finance transformation. Leveraging data analytics, AI-powered insights, and digital tools, you will help shape business decisions, optimize processes, and unlock growth opportunities across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and performance recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management across multiple subsidiaries.
• Drive business improvement initiatives through data analysis and financial modeling.
• Act as a change agent to support transformation, process optimization, and organizational growth.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance decision-making and reporting efficiency.
• Lead finance digitalization projects, including ERP implementation, dashboard development, and process automation.
• Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop management reporting and actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines, CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or audit
• Experience in a listed company and multi-entity environment is highly preferred
• Proven exposure to system implementation or finance transformation projects is a strong advantage
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with reporting tools
• Solid understanding of financial statements and group reporting
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and automation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple subsidiaries
