Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We're looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to help shape the financial strategy of a growing international organization. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leadership, drive business performance, and support key decisions that impact growth and profitability across multiple companies.

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models and profitability analyses.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic business initiatives.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and performance metrics.
• Partner directly with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
• Drive process improvements through automation and business intelligence tools.

What We're Looking For

• Professional in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.
• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Finance, or Business Intelligence.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience working in multinational organizations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business partnering skills.
