Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly financial closing process, forecasting, and annual budgeting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.

• Monitor budget utilization, ensure compliance with financial policies and approval processes, and maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business planning, performance analysis, investment decisions, and scenario planning.

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and leadership meetings.

• Execute and continuously improve standard financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes while evaluating the financial impact of business strategies, initiatives, and projects.

• Coach and supervise junior analyst.

• Collaborate with Accounting & Finance, Sales & Service, and other departments. To improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical capabilities. And support ad-hoc financial and business analysis projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance.

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modeling.

• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, or SAP experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership role is preferred.

• Good in English communication, both written and spoken. (TOEIC score of 600 or above will be considered an advantage.)

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Professional accounting qualifications (such as CPA or equivalent) would be advantageous

Working Day/Time: Monday - Friday / 08.00 – 17.00
