Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

I’m working with a growing, entrepreneurial manufacturing and distribution company in the Northern Chicago suburbs looking for a Manager of FP&A to partner closely with senior leadership and help drive business decisions through financial analysis and insight.

This is a high-visibility role with responsibility for:

• Budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling

• Variance and scenario analysis

• Executive & Board reporting

• Cash forecasting

• Process and system improvements

• Strategic financial analysis and decision support

What they want:

BS degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA/CPA, 5+ years of FP&A/corporate finance experience within the manufacturing or distribution industry, strong Excel. Power BI, and NetSuite.

The opportunity:

Up to $155K base + 15% bonus

1 day WFH
