Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year benchmarks.

Financial & Business Analysis

• Analyze business and financial performance, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support leadership teams with data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct profitability, cost, and revenue analyses to support strategic business decisions.

KPI & Growth Metrics Analysis

• Track and analyze key business and financial KPIs.
• Monitor and present Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and other unit economics metrics across products and customer segments.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through detailed performance analysis.

Strategic Planning & Decision Support

• Assist in developing financial forecasts and strategic plans based on business drivers and market dynamics.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
• Provide decision-support analysis for management and leadership teams.

Board & Investor Relations

• Prepare quarterly Board Decks, business reviews, and investor updates.
• Support fundraising activities and engage with potential investors, investment banks, and equity partners.
• Develop investor presentations, financial narratives, and supporting analyses.

Industry Research & Competitive Intelligence

• Conduct industry and market research to benchmark performance and identify emerging trends.
• Track competitor performance and relevant industry KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business strategies with market opportunities.

Digital Finance Transformation

• Drive finance transformation initiatives through automation and technology adoption.
• Leverage tools such as Metabase and ERP systems to improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes.
• Streamline finance workflows and enhance reporting efficiency.

Ad Hoc Projects

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects to support business and management requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving growth and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Experience working as a business partner and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; knowledge of MS Access is an added advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Metabase is preferred.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or high-growth startups is desirable.

Pay: ₹814,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
