Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Responsibilities:

· Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.

· Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews.

· Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify root causes and recommend improvements.

· Close collaboration with the project and accounting team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.

· Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

· Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.

Job Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

· At least 5 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preparation of budget and forecasts, contributes to cost optimization and margin improvement.

· Experience in handling a team is preferred but not required.

· Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.

· Experience working with and presenting to senior executives.

· Advance level hands-on with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting markets.
