Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Responsibilities:

• FP&A Ownership: Take ownership of day-to-day Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives and accurate financial projections.
• Technology Integration: Explore and implement cutting-edge emerging technologies, e.g. AI tools, into FP&A operations to enhance analytical accuracy & potential risk identification.
• Cashflow & Scenario Analysis: Monitor and maintain cashflow trends, perform scenario analysis and make actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Process Optimization: Enhance financial and operational workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
• Management Reporting: Prepare concise and accurate presentations, management packs for the Senior Financial Controller, Managing Director and Board of Directors.

Requirement:

• Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science or related field with a recognized professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent). MBA is highly preferable.
• Work Experience:  Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences in Big 4 accounting firms and sizable listed companies, with FP&A and transformation exposures preferred.
• FinTech Passion:  Passionate in exploring FinTech and associating emerging technologies, e.g. AI tools, in FP&A activities.
• System & Tech Proficiency:  Power BI savvy will be a huge advantage.
• Industry Knowledge:  Experienced in Operations and Real Estate industry is a plus.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management:  Proactive, hands-on, able to manage different stakeholders and drive changes.
• Communication Skills:  Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Working Style:  Highly organized, detail-minded and results-driven, able to operate independently in a lean team while staying closed to the business and its operations.
• Language Proficiency:  Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and verbal, including Putonghua.
