1. Investment Research Support

• Assist in analyzing financial market trends, industry dynamics, and potential investment opportunities (equities, bonds, funds, etc.).

• Participate in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and portfolio management tasks.

2. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with investment managers and analysts, attending client meetings and internal strategy discussions.

• Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation and meeting minutes.

3. Client Facing

-Build good relationships with customers.

-Provide customized solutions according to customer needs.

4. Financial Planning

-A professional service that develops and implements financial strategies to achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

1. The following qualifications are preferred

• Relevant academic backgrounds, such as global finance, financial planning, etc.;

• Relevant experience, such as banking, consulting, etc.;

• Relevant licenses, such as securities, insurance licenses, etc.

2. Technical Skills

• Familiarity with financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, Comparables).

• Proficiency in Excel (functions, charts, data analysis) and PowerPoint.

• Basic understanding of capital markets and investment instruments (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives).

3. Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking, data-driven mindset, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages may be required for specific roles).
