- Oversees in the preparation and consolidation of annual and long-range financial plans of the company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the requirement of Japanese principals.
- Responsible for setting up of yearly standard costs for all vehicle models.
- Responsible for cashflow forecast, reporting and management.
- Monitors the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the company's operating expense and capital expense budget.
- Performs cost/price studies and financial analysis on a regular basis and upon special request.
