Duties

• Call leads
• Follow up with leads
• Update lead status
• Record call outcomes
• Identify interested prospects
• Maintain lead lists
• Organize client information
• Track outstanding documents
• Review files for missing information
• Maintain accurate client records
• Schedule/reschedule and confirm appointment
• Maintain E-relationship (send birthday and thank you cards)
• Help with over flow of work
• Update calendar

Requirements

• AA or Bachelors from some college
• Administrative experience
• Any laptop, computer, or tablet with a keyboard for work
• Comfortable being on the phone and speaking to clients
• Time managements
• Excellent communication skills

Plus but not required

• Experience with media marketing

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
