What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial transactions within the assigned zone, including Cash Advances, Petty Cash Fund, Liquidations, Reimbursements, and Incentive Disbursements.
- Assist in ensuring that CPMI Accounting settles payables with CARD MBA in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile bank accounts and coordinate with the admin regarding untraced or unidentified transactions.
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to units and centers, and attend meetings as required.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all financial transactions within the covered zone.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably business or financial related)
- Good in written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Attention to details
- Customer service oriented
