Financial Product Development

·        Operate as per workflow for Financial Products such as Depositary Receipt (DR), Structured Notes, SBL, etc.

·        Produce the related reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

·        Prepare, review, and finalize product term sheets, pricing supplements, regulatory prospectuses/filings, internal approval memos.

·        Collect and analyze competitors’ internal and external information.

·        Coordinate with other teams to ensure the success of projects.

·        Work with the team for any assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications 

·         At least Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or any other related fields.

·         At least 2 years of work experience in financial industry.

·         Understanding of general finance, derivatives, and stock market.

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power point).

·         Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.

·         Good service mind and eager to learn person.

·        Rigorous attention to detail with high precision in legal/product documentation and compliance standards.

·         IT skill in Excel VBA and SQL will be a huge advantage.
