This position involves communicating with prospective clients, identifying financial protection needs, providing product information, and maintaining professional client relationships.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning about financial services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments.
• Discuss clients' financial protection needs and goals.
• Explain available life insurance and retirement-related products.
• Assist clients with reviewing available options.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment information.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Participate in product training and professional development.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage appointments and follow-up activities.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
• Professional attitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain required state insurance licensing.
• Previous customer service or financial services experience is helpful but not required.

Work Environment

Responsibilities are performed remotely through telephone communication, virtual meetings, and online systems.
