The Asia Operations FP&A department, based in Bangkok, leads the financial planning and analysis for Lens manufacturing operations located in Thailand, Philippines and Laos.

We are now looking for a Finance Project Coordinator to join our team. Under the supervision of the Regional Head of FP&A, the candidate will work closely with the SAP implementation project team and ensure Controlling activities and roles are well defined in the new SAP environment.

Your day at EssilorLuxottica

·       Be an active member of the SAP implementation team for Thailand: participate in project meetings, coordinate requirements, provide recommendations on FP&A roles/activities and align relevant stakeholders.

·       Facilitate the interactions between the central project team members (in Italy and France) and local teams, including visits to Thai plants visits when necessary.

·       Monitor the status of the project mitigating risks and open points on controlling activities

·       Coordinate with manufacturing sites to implement new Standard costing as per core model defined in SAP: support standard cost definition, computation and roll-out

·       Support the plants FP&A teams in adapting their controlling activities in the new SAP environment (e.g. roll-out of the new standard costing, reconciliation process/tools with existing costing system, recommend new ways of working, etc…)

Must have

·       Bachelor Degree or Higher in Finance or any relevant fields

·       Minimum 5 years of working experience in financial controlling, cost controlling, financial management in international manufacturing environment

·       Experience in ERP implementation projects, and whether as an external consultant or internal project member, possess solid knowledge of SAP, especially on FI and CO modules.

·       Demonstrate strong analytical skills and excellent organization & planning capabilities.

·       Fluent in English, familiar with multi-cultural environment.

·       Quick learner and showing curiosity for new ideas, you are proactive and often challenge other ways of working for continuous improvement.
