Financial Project Manager - Construction Macon, GA | $75,000-$100,000 | Full-Time, On-Site

Gateway Group Personnel is partnering with an established program management firm seeking a Financial Project Manager to support the development of a major project in Macon, Georgia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting or finance professional who enjoys working with numbers, has strong Excel skills, and wants to play an important role in a high-profile construction project.

What You'll Do

• Track project budgets, expenses, invoices, and financial commitments.
• Review financial information for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare budget reports, forecasts, and cost analyses.
• Work closely with project leadership, contractors, and client representatives.
• Help maintain financial controls and keep the project running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze financial information and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, personable, and comfortable communicating with senior leadership and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Construction experience is a plus, but NOT required. We're equally interested in talented accounting and finance professionals who are eager to learn the construction industry.

Compensation & Opportunity

• $75,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
