Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the preparation, analysis, and reporting of the company's financial performance. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, analyzing monthly and year-to-date financial results against budgets, prior periods, and prior year performance, and providing meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements
• Analyze monthly and year-to-date financial results against budgets, prior periods, and prior year performance
• Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making
• Analyze Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for the month and year to date variances vs. previous month, budget and prior year

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience and basic knowledge in preparing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statements
• Ability to analyze Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for the month and year to date variances vs. previous month, budget and prior year
• 3-4 years of experience in actual role and/or in a Food and Beverage Industry
• Audit experience (ideally)
• Ability to prepare cash flow forecasts (ideally)
• Experience in using SAP or AthenAI (preferably)
