Financial Reporting Analyst

Night shift | Hybrid (once-a-week)

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.

• Conduct income statement variance analysis and identify key business performance drivers.

• Investigate financial discrepancies and implement appropriate resolutions.

• Support improvements to financial reporting tools and EPM systems.

• Assist with ad hoc financial reporting requests from senior management.

• Coordinate with external auditors for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.

• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance teams to improve reporting processes.

• Prepare and maintain financial data for quarterly earnings releases, board presentations, and SEC filings.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Finance and Accounting.
• Must have 2 years of experience working in a Big Four accounting firm.
• Knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or NetSuite is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Financial accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
