Financial Reporting & Analyst

We are currently hiring for the role of Financial & Reporting Analyst, in this role you will be responsible but not limited to...

1. Prepare monthly financial reports and timely submission to Headquarter
2. Conduct variance analysis to support management review
3. Provide financial data and insights to assist business operations
4. Support business teams in monitoring cost, profitability, and other performance indicators
5. Support budgeting and rolling forecast process
6. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and business reviews
7. Ensure comliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures
8. Collaborate with cross - fuctional teams to collect data and ensure accurancy in financial reporting
9. Assist Finance and Accounting team in month- end and year end closing

Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting master's degree is highly preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting foles (Finance analyst or FP&A analyst is plus)
3. Good knowladge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
5. Strong communication skill and ability to work cross - functionally
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software and ERP system
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
8. Excellent time management skills
