Job Summary

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information. The role will manage the month-end closing, account reconciliations, financial controls, and management reporting while providing financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accurate account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor compliance with accounting policies, PFRS/IFRS, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights on variances and trends.
• Identify accounting issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis as needed.
• Improve accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting and reporting team.
• Communicate financial results and issues to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience.

• Experience in financial closing, reporting, and account reconciliation.

• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS and internal controls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
